❌ Prohibited Content & Behavior
Personal Attacks and Harassment
- No bullying, threats, or intimidation of any student, faculty, or staff member
- No doxxing - Never share private information (addresses, phone numbers, personal details)
- No targeted harassment using someone's name, photo, or identifying information
- No impersonation of other students, faculty, or public figures
Note: Constructive criticism of university policies or public figures is allowed when done respectfully
Hate Speech & Discrimination
- Zero tolerance for discrimination based on:
- Race, ethnicity, or national origin
- Gender identity or sexual orientation
- Religion or beliefs
- Disability or medical conditions
- Socioeconomic status
Inappropriate Content
- No explicit sexual content or nudity
- No graphic violence or disturbing imagery
- No content promoting self-harm or dangerous behaviors
- No spam or repetitive promotional content
Illegal Activities
- No buying/selling of controlled substances, alcohol, or prescription medications
- No academic dishonesty - Don't share test answers or promote cheating
- No copyright infringement - Respect intellectual property
- No activities that violate university policies or local laws
Misinformation
- No deliberately false information about campus events or emergencies
- No spreading rumors about specific individuals
- No fake news that could harm the community

- Support fellow students during challenges
- Celebrate achievements and milestones
Use REMI Responsibly
- Use REMI as a learning tool to understand concepts
- Get mental health resources and support
- Remember REMI is for learning, not completing assignments
- Verify important information independently
- Report any concerning AI responses
Create Quality Content
- Share genuine experiences and advice
- Post about campus events and activities
- Contribute to meaningful discussions
- Help new students navigate campus life

Messages & Circles
- Respect privacy in group chats
- Don't screenshot and share private conversations
- Leave groups respectfully if they're not for you
Events
- Post accurate event information
- Update or cancel events promptly if plans change
- Follow venue capacity and safety guidelines
- Comply with university event policies
Profile & Verification
- Use your real first name (last name optional)
- Complete university verification honestly
- Keep profile information appropriate
- One account per person only
🚨 Reporting & Enforcement
How to Report
- Use the in-app report button on any content
- Email safety@twinecampus.com for urgent issues
- Contact support@twinecampus.com for general concerns
Consequences
- First Violation: Warning and content removal
- Second Violation: Temporary suspension (3-7 days)
- Severe/Repeated Violations: Permanent ban
- Illegal Activity: Reported to authorities and university
Appeals
Email support@twinecampus.com within 30 days with:
- Your username and university
- Date of action taken
- Explanation of circumstances

While Twine is independent from universities, we require users to:
- Follow their institution's code of conduct
- Respect campus-specific rules and traditions
- Comply with academic integrity policies
💬 REMI AI Guidelines
When using REMI, remember:
- It's a learning tool to help you understand concepts and improve skills
- Not for completing assignments - use it to learn how to approach problems
- Verify important information from official sources
- Don't share personal or sensitive information
- Report any inappropriate AI responses immediately
