What's Not Allowed
Zero Tolerance Violations
These result in immediate, permanent suspension:
Illegal Activity ✗ Drug dealing or promotion ✗ Underage drinking organization ✗ Sexual exploitation ✗ Violence or threats ✗ Doxxing or stalking
Harmful Content ✗ Child exploitation material ✗ Non-consensual intimate images ✗ Self-harm promotion ✗ Terrorism or extremism ✗ Hate speech or discrimination
Academic Integrity Violations
Cheating ✗ Sharing exam answers ✗ Selling assignments ✗ Plagiarism facilitation ✗ Unauthorized collaboration ✗ Using REMI to complete assignments for you
Misuse of Resources ✗ Distributing copyrighted materials ✗ Sharing professor's private content ✗ Recording lectures without permission ✗ Impersonating faculty or staff

Suspension
- Serious violations
- Account freeze (7-30 days)
- Appeal available
Permanent Ban
- Zero tolerance violations
- Severe repeated violations
- No account recreation allowed
Appeals Process
- Submit appeal within 14 days
- Provide context and explanation
- Review within 72 hours
- One appeal per action
- Decision is final
Reporting Violations
How to Report
- In-app reporting buttons
- Email: safety@twinecampus.com
- Include screenshots and context
- Report immediately for urgent safety issues
What Happens Next
- Acknowledgment within 24 hours
- Investigation begins
- Action taken if warranted
- Reporter notified of outcome (when appropriate)
- Privacy protected throughout
False Reporting
Deliberately false reports violate our guidelines and may result in action against the reporter.
Special Considerations
Mental Health & Crisis Support
If someone expresses suicidal thoughts or self-harm:
- Take it seriously
- Provide crisis resources
- Report to safety@twinecampus.com
- Don't attempt to be a counselor
- REMI will automatically provide resources
Political & Religious Content
- Respectful discussion allowed
- No hate speech or extremism
- No targeted harassment
- Focus on learning and understanding
- REMI remains neutral on divisive topics
Romantic Interactions
- Consent is mandatory
- No unsolicited explicit content
- Respect rejections
- No harassment after breakups
- Report unwanted advances
Your Rights
